Sign up for a free account and choose your role — Investor (Pro), General Contractor (GC), or Trade/Sub (Crew). Each product is tailored to how you work. You can start using core features immediately on the free tier.

From the Crew dashboard, click "New Estimate." Select your trade, enter project details, and use our regional cost data to build accurate line items. You can save templates for repeat job types and send estimates directly to clients.

Navigate to Invoices and click "New Invoice." You can create one from scratch or convert an accepted estimate into an invoice with one click. Invoices can be sent to clients via email and tracked for payment status.

Go to the Bids section in your Crew dashboard. You'll see available projects in your area and trade. Click into any project to review the scope, then submit your bid with pricing and timeline. You'll be notified when a decision is made.

Each product has a free tier with core features. Pro (Investors) starts at $49/mo for unlimited deals and regional data. GC starts at $199/mo for sub management and bid collection. Crew starts at $49/mo for unlimited estimates. See our pricing page for full details.

Crew members can build a professional website from the Website section. Choose a trade-specific template, add your business info, portfolio photos, and services. Your site is hosted on a custom subdomain and can be shared with clients.

Pro is for real estate investors who analyze deals, build budgets, and manage draws. GC is for general contractors who manage projects, subs, and client communication. Crew is for trades and subcontractors who estimate, invoice, and manage jobs.

Investors using Pro can create draw schedules tied to project milestones. GCs and subs submit draw requests with documentation. Investors review, approve, and export lender-ready draw packages — all tracked in one place.

Yes. Groundbreak uses bank-level encryption, secure authentication via Supabase, and follows industry best practices for data protection. We never share your data with third parties. All connections are encrypted with TLS.
